EO is one of the best technical trader I've come across.who has very little respect for the fundamental side of this business, but when you're that good, it does not matter. Market noise is like music to his ears. I believe short scalps needs a proper combination of good TA, proper money management and above all calm nerves. A classic 3 legged stool if you will but not having these 3 proper foundation will spell doom to your account. Anyone who wants to scalp should go to his thread and learn from him. Better yet, watch him trade live, this guy is a machine.
