It works perfectly for me on everything except for Gold. With Gold it doesn't show anything after 2011. Is it me or a bug in the data?

Probably your broker!!!

Remember that today market is closed!!!! (but I use mt4ticker.exe)

Do you also have the COT_report powerpoint file in the files folder? That is what the indicator reads to display the data on the chart.

I apologize for being late but I had a terrible period.

Your broker call "gold" XAUUSD.pro. So you have to set input: gold=XAUUSD and suffix=pro

After this let me know.

pps: .ppt extesion doesn't mean the file is a POWEPOINT file, I used it because it's a format I can upload in the site linked in post 1.

Hi Freda

- you should input suffix field=pro (it seems to me your broker use suffix for pairs)
- change NAME for gold, silver and pheraps Oil in the input settings accordigly with your broker name

A little perplexed here. Loaded the template, indicator and the most recent data file ( 5-5-2015 from forexcot.wix.com ) into correct locations as what the guide states.
Bring up a weekly chart of GBPUSD on my ICMarkets live account and the last update is from 2015-04-14. Have uninstalled and reinstalled everything a few times and still get the same outcome ( did this when market was open and closed ). Where is my brain fart happening ?
