O=6
D=47.4
W=92.9
1st order after 6 pips:
2nd order after 6+47.4 = 53.4 pips
3rd order after 53.4+47.4+92.9*1 = arround 193 pips:
4th order after 193+47.4+92.9*2 = arround 430 pips

rules:
1st order after O+0*D+0*W
2nd order after O+1*D+0*W
3th order after O+2*D+1*W
4th order after O+3*D+2*W
5th order after O+4*D+3*W
6th order after O+5*D+4*W = 6+5*47.4+4*92.9 = very huge pips

you can no exactly the order #34 after how many pips without to know prev orders pips distances:

to summerize:

any order n, its pips distance from reference price is: (compare numbers)
6th order after O+5*D+4*W

replace numbers by n
if n=6, then 5=n-1, ,, 4=n-2

6th order after O+5*D+4*W
nth order after: O+(n-1)*D+(n-2)*W



nth order after: O+(n-1)*D+(n-2)*W

nth order after: O+(n-1)*D+(n-2)*W

Well the idea was to limit to 3 orders per pair in each direction and in that case the third-order must be quite far away.
