The five conditions:

1: Pay reparations for war damages and those killed
2: Remove all foreign bases in the region
3: New reality regarding strait of Hormuz
4: Ending the war on all fronts
5: Punish little satan for its crimes across the region, either legally or physically

- with other words, this war will not end anytime soon and Iran, Russia and China are all prepared to upend the current economic occupation of the world, either swiftly which will create havoc or incrementally, ushering in multi polarity, in an orderly manner.

Russia just stopped exporting fertilizers and view EU as a lost market not worth chasing in regards to energy, China are limiting rare earth metals which are vital for weapon production - coupled with depleting stock-piles - things are not going exactly good for murika.

Anyone sober and honest can see that clearly - this war was a strategic mistake and global south are capitalizing on that!

I mean if I come and shoot up your house it would be pretty hard to negotiate in good faith I would assume. I'd think anyone of us with common sense could agree. They are taking the we don't negotiate with terrorist stance and that's their God given right.

"If the conditions they presented are met," this means they are willing to negotiate and talk. Iran is willing to talk, and Trump is also proactive, so the end of the war might not be far off, surprisingly.
