hi, i'm not sure if this can be done, maybe, and if it is able, then i know i don't know how to do it.
but here it is; Is there a way to code something, a script, etc, that will close all positions regardless of thier direction if the account equity has reached a previously inputed value. Say starting equity is 5000, i've got my trades going etc, once equity equals say 5500 or +10% can i get it to close out of everything? i don't want it to close on balance, because due to float the equity could be lower than where i want.
is this possible? if so how would i go about doing it? also would it work if i was using an EA aswell, could it suspend the EA and close the trades?
Thanks.
