Hi everyone. I'm starting this thread because I'm certain that what has happened to me at least twice must have hit others too.
I have a major problem with Tickmill brokers but I'm sure other brokers may do this too. The first time it happened, I thought it was me but now it's happened again and this time I KNOW that there is something wrong. I am detailing the problem to find out if anyone else has had the same or similar problem.
Pending buy/sell trades that I have CANCELLED on my android phone MT4 platform or my laptop platform are not being closed out on the corresponding platform on the phone or laptop. Trades on my laptop platform are not showing up on the Android phone platform and vise-versa.
It happened again 2 days ago. I closed out a XAUUSD trade on my phone and also cancelled ALL of the pending trades that showed up on my phone MT4 platform.
However when I switched on my laptop, it showed an open trade on EURNZD! This has caused me to lose $10 today as well as $68 a month ago on a GBPAUD trade when exactly the same thing occurred.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
