Reliable Demo Account with good spreads

Hi,

my nephew wants to start trading and needs a reliable Demo account with good spreads and reliable connection. So no gaps etc.. I have read multiple forum posts but once I installed them, they had like 3-4 pips even on eurusd or usdjpy (during london session).

Most of those demo accounts will have higher spreads than live accounts (or is there a demo account that has nearly the same spreads than the live account of that same broker?)

Any suggestions.
Why not to share your broker choice with them? It's hard to imagine 3-4 pips on the crosses you mentioned, what I get is 1.3-1.7 pips on Hotforex Premium account.
Much emphasis cannot really be placed on a demo account, so I don't think the spreads here matters. I started out with Profiforex demo because the customer support told me that the speed and spread I get there would be the same with the Live account. Turned out to be so. On EURUSD fixed spread is 2pips, while Variable spread is 0.1 - 0.2 pips.

That seems high. You mentioned the London session, but are you sure your nephew wasn't looking at the spreads during the weekend (when trading is closed) or during a news event (when volatility is high) ?

Thx. Well the spreads seemed to be wrong. I checked with ICMarkets, there Demo is the same as the live accounts. Thx

Go for OANDA i have 5 years of trading, have tried many... if its more than 10.000 us dollars, try FXCM
