I have been looking at FX futures for a couple of days.
We all know that the market makers/brokers creat spreads in FOREX.
But who actually creat the spreads in the future/option markets? Is it the brokers also? or are they controlled by the future exchange (like CME, COMEX)? Some said it is created by the market but I don't think they are because if it completely depends on the market, there should be some negative spreads sometimes like you see from pure ecn forex brokers but you almost never see negative spreads when you trade futures/options.
Can future/option brokers buy futures/options with no spreads?

When I buy it, it moves down.
When I sell it, it moves up.
