A technical trader and a fundamental trader were walking past a skyscaper on wall street, when the tech trader noticed a huge scaffolding pole plummeting from the top of the building, heading right for them...he jumped out of the way, and shouted for the fundamental trader to do the same,...he didn't and got hit and badly injured. The tech trader visited him in hospital and asked him why he didn't jump out of the way, to which calme the reply '..I thought it would go back up.'
