Hi all
I have been putting together a small report about brokers and their focus on leverage as a tool to manage firm risk and clients risk. There were huge problems at some broker firms when the SNB pulled the 1.20 EURCHF floor. We saw many brokers lower leverage after it happened and also decrease leverage on other "pegged" currencies.
Some firms however, had specifically reduced the leverage prior to Jan15th 2015. If anyone has details on when a broker leverage pls can you provide a tad bit of info?
1) Broker
2) Month/Year leverage lowered
3) Leverage (e.g. Alpari was x400)
I have the following already...please let me know here if you have details on others. Thanks
ActivTrades
Aforex
AGM Markets
Alpari
AxiTrader
Dukascopy
Excel Markets
EXNESS
FX Globe
FXCM
FXPig
Gain
GKFX
IC Markets
IG Index
Interactive Brokers
JFD
MFI Forex
MIG Bank
Pepperstone
Robo Forex

Once I have all the details for as many brokers as possible....I am happy to share this info with anyone if they need it
