Hello,

I want to write a code with MT4, so that I have a Buy-Button and a Sell-Button on my Metatrader-platform, but have no idea how this work.

By clicking on the Buy-Button, an buy-order should be established and with the Sell-Button an sell-order should be established.

Does anyone have an idea, how this works or does anyone has a link to a site, where this is explained?

Script files can be linked to hot keys - check in the help section for details. I remember it is simple to do.

I do not want to open an order by pressing a key on the keyboard.

I want to open the order by clicking with the mouse on a graphical button.
I do not know how to create such a graphical button.

Sorry, when I have been misunderstood.

That feature is not in MT4. I think I read about it in MT5 - you can check out the website - MT5.com

It should be possible in MT4.

In the attachement is a screenshot of an MT4-Screen with some buttons.
You could click on every button and something will happen then.

Thanks for the info with this post.
This is exactly what I need. The only thing is, that it I do not want to press a Button on the keyboard.

Maybe someone knows how to code it.

The feature you want is possible in MT5. As far as I know for MT4 you have to make dll call to insert an interactive button on the chart, which is more complex. Of course there might be dlls on the internet.

Fxchartmanager has two version as I saw, one measures the performence by the power of risk, (they call apple) & the other version measures in ordinary pips.
Interesting thoughts.
