hi guys, do you know a good cfd broker with MT4 platform?
Hello. I've been searching these forums, too, and was wondering if anyone could suggest a broker that provides CFD trading. They don't necessarily have to use MT4. I'm looking for tight spreads costs and a wide variety of instruments. From what I see in my Google, IGMarkets and Forex Yard offers CFD trading. Does anyone have experience with them? Can someone please advise me?
I am still fairly new with this forum, but I have experience trading forex and stocks. Iíve noticed that many forex brokers offer CFDs to its traders, which seemed very useful to me since I could trade the stocks with higher leverage while also having the opportunity to trade other instruments on one platform. I have some insights about CFDs, but I also have some questions. I invite you all to join my thread to learn and to provide any insights that you have. Information about CFDs: After reading many forums, I can conclude that CFDs exploded in popularity in 2009. I assume that they are still popular, as a good amount of large brokers offer them to their traders. CFD stands for Contract for Difference. A CFD emulates the movements of other financial instruments, such as stocks or indices. Transactions are not traded on common exchanges, but are rather traded over the counter. The broker you use creates the market so when you lose, it makes money and vice versa. Why do I choose CFDs? -No short rules Ė no uptick or borrowing rules, easy to short stocks. -A lower capital requirement is needed thanks to increased leverage. -Variety of instruments and instrument types. -Can trade Forex and CFDs on the same platform at the same time. -Exposure to stock market in different nations. -Trade entire indices. Important points They are trading against you! A trustworthy broker with no position manipulation is vital! Questions: CFTC doesnít allow United States brokers to trade with CFDs. Why is this? Is there a hidden danger greater than those that I mentioned that Iíve overlooked?
I have an account with Forex Metal for more than a year. Rather satisfied with them.
They're from Panama, I see. Also they do not allow scalping and they don't allow hedging, even though they're not regulated by the NFA... And I only see 13 CFDs in their platform. I don't think I'll trade with these guys, but thanks.
I have done some more searching and I found a company called Forex Club LTD. They are a Russian company that seems to be very big according to their site. I see they offer CFDs on MT4 and ActForex platform for a good price (http://forexclub.biz/content/cfd.)
