If you leave ma TF to '0', it defaults to whatever TF your chart is. If you set it to 15, you can switch TFs without screwing up the EA. At least, that's the way I understand it.
You have to be careful, though, because if you load it up on a chart, it'll open a trade if the MAs are giving the green light, and the move might be at or near its end, with the distinct...Ignored
DislikedI have had the EA set on a demo account on four pairs for over 24 hours and have not had any trades opened. OOTB, I am assuming means all defaults except what you have mentioned above?Ignored

Dislikedhi all
exciting start here. we have to use 1:4 timeframe ratio is that right? so what are the implications of setting that up? can i drop the EA onto say a 1H chart and it will automatically set up that ratio internally with a lower timeframe or do i also need to set it up on a lower timeframe chart?
sorry for the noob question but i haven't been following the non - ea thread
thanksIgnored
Dislikedok, I have loaded the LG EA using the LG template.
I have changed the ECN setting to true every thing else is as ootb defult
on the pair chart up loaded there is a red dot in the middle of the chart.
If I place the mouse on it I get the following
#654434 sell stop 0.03 USDJPY AT 77.995
easy order (8051)
77.99
any thoughts on what this means or how to get rid of it?
there are no open orders in the terminal panel
odd thing was usdjpy was not loaded or on my market watch panel
will this EA work on gold and silver?
thanks...Ignored

DislikedHi Dryclean,
In the EA, your exit rule is to close on cross opposite way (or AA opposite signal).
Is it the same way Rebecca used in the manual system ?
