DislikedThis is a very good point you make
I'm thinking it may be best to 'plan' this but not actually go ahead until I am personally sustaining my family from full-time trading. Then I should have the time to devote to the team. I have really struggled with the committment required for teaching while doing software contractsIgnored
I have suggested this to you in the past, stratman - perhaps an intermediary step from here would be the establishment of a forum which could be dedicated to trading approaches based on the dashboard, with a heavy emphasis on your style of trading.
We could have a few threads on your different trading approaches, and try to collectively deconstruct it. I would be also be happy to actively collate all of the training information that you have provided (and I'm sure others could contribute too), and perhaps you could clarify or give additional pointers when you feel up to it. That way, your input could be to the level you desire, with no burden on you to actively train people. There is also the potential for mutual benefit in this setup in that, by deconstructing and categorising your trading style, you may learn more about what works and what doesn't. The skype room is okay, but it is really hard to keep track of information that has been shared as it gets lost in past chat history. A forum doesn't have that problem, and people are able to post images that remain there permanently.
