It's only been as I have been working my way through the thread and you guy's have been talking about session times (i.e London open, New York open etc) that I have realised how lucky I am to live in the U.K.
As you guy's have been saying that the London session tends to have the largest swings for the currencies we are discussing here.....all you guy's have either been staying up late at night or getting out of bed really early to trade these pairs and "me" it's just normal sort day-time schedule....lol.
Anyway must get back to the reading....lol....now up to page 21 and enjoying the reading and learning very much.
I have read through the thread and thanks for putting it together and continuing the updates. I have traded for 4 years . This is the real thing,in my opinion, for the short term trader. This system allows the trader to be flat at the end of the day. I trade from NY midnite until London lunch, which is about 5AM Central Time. Then again for the NY open if I'm still awake. I use the 8,3,3 Stochastic, 20SMA for trend, and a ADX Cross. The ADX Cross is available, just google it. The ADX setting is set at 6. This usually will mark your reversal candle for you. I enter at the close of the reversal candle , marked by the ADX Cross, if Stochastics agree. I've searched for an ADX Cross with Alert, but the only one I have found with sound alert and pop-up text sounds with every tick and is very annoying. If someone could find one that doesn't sound with each tick, please post on this thread. All the best to you in your trades. Hi rotunda, another new poster to the thread....I was just in before you...so welcome aboard.
Since you have a fair bit of experience I'm sure you will be able to help and guide us newer traders along the way.
Re - How to post charts. This is how I do it.
Download a freeware programme called Screenhunter.
Once you have that dowloaded it's dead easy.....have Screenhunter in stand-by mode and get your chart up on your screen that you want to show in your post.
Just press F6 and screenhunter will capture whatever is up on your desktop screen at that time and save it to your desktop.
Now come back to your post and look for the add attachment button up top where you can change the font etc or Manage Attachments down below.
Press the add attachment and search your desktop until you come to your saved screenhunter desktop capture, press the open button and it will now load your chart to your post and that's it.....dead easy.
For indicators I'm not sure as have never done it.....but I would imagine you just have use the add attachment function as described above and just find which folder you have saved the indicator to.
Click on the indicator and save or open wait on the indicator to load into your post and press submit.
Hopefully that has clarified what to do, any prob's just holler.
Tks for posting your L/T chart. It appears there were at least 5 days following the confirmation bar that a person could have gotten in the trade. Are you trading primarily longer-term? If so, how 'bout giving notice whenever you see this coming? I think it would be good to mix in some LT trades along with the 15m CH trades.
Hi guy's, just a quick question.
My MT4 doesn't seem to have the TDI indicator listed that I can see anyway, but it does have ADX, I loaded the ADX onto a chart just to see what it's like and it does look pretty simillar to the TDI that you guy's are putting up on your charts are these the same or am I way off ??
Hello! Looking for a reversal candle indicator and a fractal alert indicator. The reversal candle indicator should let me look for certain reversal candles (like doji, shooting star, hammer, etc) that i can check it off of which ones. I hope there is one out there. Thanks.

Hi carlen, not sure wether anyone posted up a candle indicator for you as I have only just arrived at your post.....but here you go....a candle indicator for you.
I don't really know how good it is as I haven't really used it, I prefer to use my own judgement.

All new members... Please watch the videos multiple times to learn the correct entry rules, etc. In post #1 NeoRio designed a template.zip for your convenience. Also... the TDI Indicator has been posted many times in this thread. I'll post some long Term set-ups as I find them. Big E
I would really like to thank the thread starter/others who contributed to this thread. So far I have had a string of big losses and very small profits which really ruined my starting capital.
Hope i turn around after trying out this methodology.
I have to make this a post as it seems I can't PM you at the moment....something to do with you being a new member to the forum, I think.....hopefully you will see this post and the other guy's here won't think I'm mad.

As I said in the post above, I don't think you can PM anyone or receive PM's until you have a certain post count....so wether it was down to my post count or Craig having just registered a short time ago...I don't know.

Hopefully your health issues you mentioned a fair bit back in thread are either better or are getting better, and what a great bunch of people you all seem to be....all helping out and advising one another.
