DislikedHi JustUncleL Here is a technical question for you and even though i have spent several weeks now watching and re-watching most videos i cannot remember seeing what im about to ask. If i set the BT TSv11 to a 1D time-frame and i set the HAS as an entry signal and i set the RSI as entry and exit, but i set the RSI to a M60 time-frame, does the BT TS send signals to the DB on a 1D or a 1H time frame interval?. Or is it a case of: if i set my DB to a 1H time frame it will accept whatever signals the BT TS is generating at the stage? so, if the BT TS...Ignored
Disliked{quote} For me I rarely use Daily TF on the TS, I always set the TS to the lowest Time frame used within the configuration of BT_v11, so if you have your RSI set to 60mins I would set my chart TF to 60mins. The DB chart TF can be anything but I normally set it to the TS TF or higher, the DB reacts to any signals sent to it from the TS at any time, irrespective of what TF either DB or TS is on. To generate a Long term HAS and use short term RSI entries, there are two possibilities I can think of: 1) Do it all within the BT_v11_TS: set the TS chart...Ignored
DislikedHi Gene Hope you are well.. Would it be difficult or a lot of work for you to add functionality to the DB such that we can apply the HAS as a filter just like we can with RSI in the DB? I want to use a long term HAS (1D for example) as a directional filter in the DB and generate short term RSIex signals via the BT TS. Yes I have looked at JustUncleL suggestion to use a HAS(2,13,2,21) on a 1H TF as a proxy for HAS(1.1.1.1) on a 1D TF, and even though it seems a fair approximation there are differences and its not quite exact. Your thoughts please....Ignored
Disliked{quote} You can do it by swapping the filters, meaning put HAS on 1D TS and have the 60min RSI filter on the DB, like this: {image} {image}Ignored
