Disliked{quote} Offset Angles are just a scaling change. Most of our problems are linked to the question " What is the correct scaling I have to use ?" Jenkins offset Angles are just a translation of the 90° Vertical Axis Price of the N° difference between the 90° Axis and the Trend Angle. Then you apply the same translation to all others 1/8 th Angles. Utlisation rules are the sameIgnored
DislikedHi Traders, Please help me with following questions: Q1. what is the difference between scale fixing a chart alone and scale fixing a chart to one by one? Q2. What will be the problem when I use scale fixed chart alone to draw without making the chart to one by one scale fix? TIAIgnored
DislikedI try to answer: on metatrader I have a fix scale for every time frame...it means that there are X number of pips for Y number of bars. So I can multiply, divide, subtract, add Price and Time. For example the hypotenuse of the right triangle is given by two sides: one is the price and the other is time. When you have found the RIGHT scale, you must write it on input of circle. When you draw a square you can see that diagonal is exactly 45° even if you have ,for example 15 pip for 8 bars.....31 pips for 50 bars (these are random numbers....) If you...Ignored
Disliked{quote} With a one by one scale you get time and price equality. Some methods, for example arcs work only with this scaling because the arc represents the collection of points that are equal distance from the center (so time and price equality happens on the circumference of the arc). If you could scale your charts one by one all the time arcs would be all you ever need to forecast the future. But often it is not possible so Jenkins and others worked out different methods that work on any scaling setting.Ignored
DislikedSince im stuck with Mt4 at the moment, using the Fib Fan is the key to scaling.....the Zero line (red from high to low in the square) represents the 45 degree (fairly close) in the Gann fan....the great part is the Fib Fan stays in place from 5 minute to 1 hour it stays put, whereas the Gann Fan changes position and it totally unreliable. In fact it is flawed..and should never be used on this platform.... But its not hard to see the trades and why they were taken...and look how support (circles) on those trades had they all been taken was clear...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you carbonmimet for the answer, so in the case of a fixed scale we can only have 45° which is correct with the fix scale 1 to 1 but other angles will not be in harmony with 45° angle since they are random, right?Ignored
