Disliked{quote} My understanding is currency futures market is a subset of cash market. It doesn't necessarily mean it represents 'real' volume IMHO. Cash market is much much bigger than currency futures traded in CME exchange... Make sense?Ignored

Disliked{quote} Heispark, Thanks for responding. This is what i understand: 1. Cash Market Bigger Than Currency Futures. 2. Volume in Currency Futures is centralized? I mean whatever volume information we get is accurate with respect to currency futures. 3. Retailer doesn't have access to the true volume of Cash Market {other than paid vendors} and is confined to using the tick volume offered by Broker. So, what is your take on trading currency futures vs Spot Forex for the strategy. ThanksIgnored

Disliked{quote} The way futures volume & T&S is served through the feeds now (consolidated, aggregated) even the volume you receive there is not really accurate. I think the only raw feed left is from DTN (IQFeed). With cqg my tick to real volume does not differ alot in representation (delta or cumulative).Ignored
