Disliked{quote} ....There are definitely greedy people in the world, but I would reserve that description for people who take advantage of others who don't have much choice or say in the matterIgnored
Quoting swdDislikedYou don't have any say in the matter.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hey Paul -- I totally agree -- we have no choice how the price moves. However, what many of us learned from @George was that given that reality, it was still possible to play and win. Rather than trading PA, trends, support/resistance, supply/demand -- @George drilled in the concept of trading the MM's psychology. Take a look at a couple of the screen shots, along with descriptions, that @Nih98 posted earlier. When he analyzes a chart he doesn't mention anything about the price -- rather, he takes in the bigger picture and is thinking about...Ignored

Quoting swdDislikedI am not trashing this thread at all, just weaving in some extra knowledge here and there about the market and psychology.Ignored
Quoting MerkaDislikedyou also need something that can give you areas where price is likely to be overstretched (the pressure zones as George call them)Ignored
Quoting MerkaDislikedAfter that just wait for the targets to be hit and trade in the opposite direction.Ignored
Disliked{quote} @Merka -- thanks for your comment. I was never clear about these "pressure zone". Could you post a screen shot that shows an area where the price is likely to be overstretched. {quote} @Merka -- so, this is a different approach than @Nih98, @moodybot and others describe. I interpret your comment to mean I don't need to anticipate the next target, just wait until a target is hit and then open a trade in the opposite direction. Others have described an approach where you look at the big picture and observe where all the juicy Stop Losses have...Ignored
Disliked{quote} You don't need to guess where will be the next target. Just draw your lines that could be potential targets but you also need something that can give you areas where price is likely to be overstretched (the pressure zones as George call them). After that just wait for the targets to be hit and trade in the opposite direction. Nih98 posted few pages ago a very similar chart to George to understand what I meanIgnored

Disliked{quote} {image} and... {image} Btw, IMHO from this 'Big One Eye in the sky' MM point of view, the rest of market participants (including Central Banks) are 'retailers'..lol. Remember how GBP 'crash' on brexit referendum result, or CHF (euro unpegged) 'crash' etc, event there's nothing wrong with their 'real' macro economic at that very moment, but from market psychological 'fear', the 'force' is unbeatable so Bank of England can't do nothing to defend GBP 'artificial' value, SNB too. Happy Trading. NIHIgnored
Disliked{quote} @Merka -- thanks for your response. The additional details and description help a lot. {quote} @acetrader -- okay, "Look for the Pressure Points" -- but what is a "pressure point"? Many of us did not have that opportunity to sit in on a session with @George where he described things using his terminology. By "pressure points" do you mean the "targets" created by TOPS and BOTTOMS that are still alive?Ignored

Quoting MerkaDislikedLook #post 85 from Nih89
You have a lot of lines accumulated close to each other and price is clearly overstretched and it's unbalanced (outside TMA).
The probability of reverse are higher than continuation trade.
That area is what George call pressure zone (area where price is unbalanced)Ignored

Quoting FinInsTraderDislikedPressure point/zone will be an area where price hit our target and at the same time extend outside of the TMA band when viewed at 1 min TF.Most of the time, price will overshoot our target line little bit..Ignored
