DislikedI spent nearly 2K on a programmer to develop an EA based on a similar strategy. Sometimes successful but deep DD and long long waits for the negative side finally made me scrap the whole thing. Even with the EA on 24/5 and being able to get in and out at the right times, it is a slow and patient process that grates on your nerves and forces you to look at other ways to make money that are easier and faster. The only reason I stuck with it and developed it for over 6 months was that I had invested money in programming the EA and wanted to get something...Ignored

DislikedHere is another screenshot of the strategy. Lets pretend that we went on BUY at No1. I'm not gonna talk about the sells now. Only the buys because we would have made money with the sells. We're on the wrong train. The price went down... The chart is 4h but only because you can see a bigger picture. Of course we put a buy order every hour. At No2. the price bounced back! There are the lowest buy orders. Around No.3 we should be in profit with the buys because ther are more buy orders in profit than in minus. Lets pretend that we had internet problems...Ignored
Dislikedhello, interesting, could you post the tdi with the values you have assigned?Ignored
Dislikedhello assuming you have entered multiple buys and sells, market has been trending down. so when will be the right time to exit your sells at profit? and what happen after you exited your sells, then market continue trending down? would you still be entering buys and sells? thanksIgnored
DislikedHere is another example. EUR/GBP 1h chart. 1. there is my signal to enter long an short. 2. price is there when I enter both ways. 3.there is my signal to close the buys. ( green line of the tdi went over 50 mark and then went over 60mark) 4. there is the price when I close the buys with profit. (they started from 2.) sells are still in minus. 5. green line on the tdi indicator went over then back the 68mark. thats my signal for another run for buys. (you can see that the price is at the top) 6.price comes back. got a signal for the sells to be...Ignored

Disliked{quote} This is the problem with this method. Please find the chart attached. EuroGBP chart which you have shown as an example. 1. first vertical line - is where you started trade. You entered in both directions on all candles. 0.1 lots 2. vertical line 2 - where you closed all your buy trades in profits And by this time you have 18 x 0.1 lots of sell... = 1.8 lots. 3. the highest point after you closed your buys. The price travels 998 points. ie: 1.8 lots x 998 points, means 1800 USD in drawdown ... already. Imagine, it went on slightly higher?...Ignored
