So, lot size is not a problem and assuming your profit factor is positive, you should be home and dry, no need for a team.

I use my short term system eg. 4R,5R,6R exits just to smooth equity curve or keep my head above water when markets are choppy. I make real gains holding for 400R,500R,600R exits.
