Long and short are indeed enabled. I tried resetting them and still, it only opens .01 lot. Worked absolutely fine on demo, just not on live.

Sounds like you are looking for a Jumping stop loss (JSL), meaning, every 25 pip increase will move the stop loss. A move less than 25 pips causes nothing to happen.
