As per 100Pip, we sell as soon as William%R goes into over bought zone. My idea is that when the price was near the high of that particular bar, the W%R reading might be in the over bought area. As a result it has opened the trade as per rules.

I am not sure if it will solve the issue but make sure that you have sufficient weekly bars in your history for all related pairs. Try clicking W1 timeframe for all pairs one by one. hnk
