This method/thread has made me become more patient with waiting for set-ups and also spending more time watching the charts, my results have improved dramatically. Previously I was spending more time reading FF, now it is more time on Mt4!!!

For me, the indicators help confirm the trend, the semaphor helps confirm entry, S&R/pivot for exit.
