Hi Skracor, That low at the start of October has touched a weekly line on my chart. Was that the reason you wanted to go long a few days later? The downtrend could have continued some more from there. Thanks

I find this a classic problem when working with multiple timeframes - on 1 chart it's a time to buy while on another chart it's a time to sell! I can't say I found any satisfactory solution to this.

That's interesting! Not many people look at monthly charts. Perhaps those who want to find out annual cycles and so on. And after such a full-timeframe-analysis you trade it on 60/240 minute charts?

Hi Skracor, Do you consider weekly charts at all? I see AUDUSD in a protracted downtrend on the weekly, starting from 2011-2012. This seems to keep bullish momentum suppressed. Hence deep retracements, etc. Thanks!
