RR - Worked the same? As in the same as those of us having trouble... or in the same as it's worked for you? I think the ea should've taken a trade at the red line, which I highlighted the price area in the blue rectangle....? The specs are the same ...

I have the same issue of not being able to change the specs after it has been placed. I can change the specs right away, but after a short while then it won't pull up the modify screen. Also, I believe it should've taken a trade for me during the ...

RR -- Thx for getting back to me. I think my problem is not having one of the options above, and the other below the win percent. I've adjusted it, and I'll let you know how it goes.

I've been trying all sorts of combination's, and still can't get the ea to place any trades on my demo account. I even have used 0 win percent; 0 min success score; and 10 min. confidence. I've been trying different combinations for a few weeks now. ...

JazFlyer - You need to work on the divergence aspect. A divergence would be when price makes a new high/low and rsi does not. In your example if you were looking for a short, rsi should have a downtrend not a uptrend. Here is a pic of rsi ...

FX D - Your welcome... I'm glad to help.

FX D - Here is the chart that covers when you made your trades. #1 - no trade because macd did not turn red #2 - a valid basic trade imo that went 20 pips bid to bid. Could've made something out of it. #3 - a valid advanced trade imo that went 27 ...

Those would've been valid entries because the signal bars closed lower, which were the bar prior to both your entries. The second one would not have been a basic signal, but more of a advance signal. The second had a stoch divergence, but not a ...

You did it right according to the "advanced" rules. You got in after a stoch divergence, and bounce off a upper trend line. The basic rules would've gotten you in the move 6 bars prior to your signal candle. But, that's how every trade should be ! ...
- trader_scott replied Jan 28, 2009
The first page of the method says that the "signal" candle would have to close below it's open not the previous candle. Also, the signal candle would be the one prior to your entry.

Great post RR.....It's a viscous circle. Unfortunately, most of the newbies asking the questions should be studying trading101 instead of jumping into systems that will only deplete their trading capital unless their lucky. I'm sure those that fall ...
