Its from indicator called quantum. Source code is available and is very short so you can check it out and try to understand it. Shortest explaination would be it draws higher highs and lower lows.

Hey Genry, from your previous screenshot provided i see you use "every tick" method for optimization which is slowest and the most accurate. Whats your view on using "control points" for optimization since it drastically reduce optimization time ?

Check spread and slippage settings, those cause EA not to trade. If spread and slippage are over the limit set in settings EA simply wont trade.
