So most likely it wasn't FO after all, it was signal engulf, and that top FL was price making it to the last set of unfilled orders probably(I hate words probably. could, should. maybe and such in RTM method) on LTF chart it bounced from QM area. So ...

Thank you guys for your responses. Yes, my compression understanding is subjective, but all we can see in RTM methodology is lot of concepts where nothing is clearly defined except FTRs. FTRs should be most basic building blocks that PA is made of. ...
