Hi Snail, Great question! What I'm looking for here is the next area of resistance above a trade (long) or the next area of support below a trade (short). When my trade is in the money and approaches that area I will move my initial SL to the break ...

And Trade #3 has been triggered

Trade #3 (FXCM Demo) Short NZDCAD Size: 10 Micro Lots Entry: 0.86515 SL: 0.85900 TP: 0.88100 Looking to play a breakout (trade not yet triggered) with a target just above the 0.8800 level. So far we've seen price test the .764 Fib level as well as a ...

Right agreed Albus, I was thinking the same thing. My thoughts were that a break below the 91.50 level would be the only way to confirm that the traffic you pointed out there had been passed.

Were you able to hang in on that trade long enough to get back to BE or did you end up getting stopped out? I got my face ripped off on mine.

Can I get some feedback on this chart. Pro's and cons. Looks like a BEOB that has pierced the 89 and 150 EMA and is working through the .500 daily Fib level. My concern is the 92.000 level and all of the previous support that has built up there. Am ...

That is how I am looking at it Mike. Took me years to get my golf game to scratch and this is every bit as difficult as golf. As long as I am learning from what I did wrong I will chalk it up as a win while still in demo.

Trade #2 also resulted in a loss. This one being 63.1 pips. As was the case with Trade #1 I took a pin that was too small for the landscape. Both of these trades could have been moved to BE at one point but I wanted to let the action happen to see ...

Trade #1 resulted in a 100.1 pip loss. IN hindsight the pin bar was far too small. In addition it was floating more or less out in the middle of nowhere with no real resistance in sight. Will need to keep an eye out here and see what sort of PA we ...

Yeah this was not one of mt finest hours. All I can say is at least it was still in demo. Had a chance to move it to BE at one point but didn't and got crushed. Obviously I still have plenty to learn.

Trade #2 (FXCM Demo) Short GBPCAD Size: 10 Micro Lots Entry: 1.70118 SL: 1.69278 TP: 1.70749 This trade has a little more of a riskier flair to it than Trade #1. What jumped out at me was the double pin bar on the daily as price is trying to push ...

Trade #1 (FXCM Demo) Entered 1 Micro Lots short on EURAUD @ 1.47192 after the bearish pin bar formed on 11/25. Entry was set as a break of that pin bar. Initial SL has been set at 1.4890 with the idea being that previous highs in early and late ...

Looks like your yen trade is fighting hard to try and bounce off that 101.50 area right now. Hopefully it goes well for you and turns around here!

Well I ended up going with this one, was just triggered a few minutes back. Will be interesting to see how this one performs. image

Right now I only have one active trade that was just triggered and two more waiting in the wings. The active trade is below on EURAUD with a short position I opened at 1.47192, SL is set at 1.48190 and TP is at 1.45425. The idea is to trade the ...

Scary looking trade there, mainly because of the short TF you are using. Personally I won't trade the noise below 4HR and typically stick to daily and trade in between the weekly fib and pivots. Looking at the live chart though I think if it were me ...

Any thoughts or observations on this pin on the EURAUD daily? Watched it form throughout the day. Looks as though resistance is holding nicely at the 1.4800 level. Next obvious support I'm seeing is all the way down at 1.4500. I'm thinking I would ...

Lol yeah it seems to be that the best traders use the trigger like a sniper rather than a helicopter gunner. I'm also trying to ease back on my entries. Used to be the sort that always had a trade open. Now I have been patiently watching charts for ...

Michal have you looked at any fib levels on the longer TF like weekly? I saw this candle as well on the EUDUSD. Had been trying to wait for a confirmation break below 1.3400 as I have a fib level there and a pivot point being tested just above it. ...
