The accounts do not make for good reading. They look like the Government expenditure and mining are the two areas holding the GDP above zero. The next set will probably be negative unless there is a recovery in China.

For a term projection of the Euro he would be better off throwing darts at a projection board. I suspect the 'Guest' range of 1.2250 - 1.2700 is closer to the mark. I'll sharpen my darts.
