FXDD,Really! — FXDD, technical problems are one thing and happen from time to time. The inability to reach the trading desk or support during technical problems to manage one's trades is simply outrageous and unacceptable!

FXDD Back Up — FXDD appears to be backup at least with the platform. The fact is that I could not reach anyone at FXDD for this extended outage. That is simply unacceptable!
