Intu, If you check volume on Ladder on a slow moving contract, for example EUR/CHF, you can see that volume increases with bid and ask volume. So it is decorrelated to trading volume.

At the beginning of free exn with desktop pro, I didn't see any lmt orders other than liquidity providers (neither in the spread, nor outside). I called the support and they solved this issue.
