Aaahhh, I think I have it. So in the case of a swing low (demand level) we take the high of the lowest candle 'body' (not the wick) as the proximal and the lowest low of the base (including wicks) for the Distal line..........right? Cheers, JJ

Nope, only thing besides an explanation of 'Double scenario is that you forgot to mention that you only trade the EU, but that this works on other pairs and other time frames, though on higher time frames, you might want wider stops and bigger ...
