Hi McRotter, I believe the correct perspective is, if anyone is trading like this, they are participating. It is not about catching the moves any more. When you see a move like this, position (millipede) traders are already in and profiting. It has ...

I will be back to discuss, however I'd like to have some distance from the situations I am discussing. I don't wish to discuss what I am experiencing right now as it is not "processed" properly yet. I just wanted to tell everyone about the initial ...

The numbers are on opportunities on 25-30 pairs. I do 1H, 4H and, rarely, 15min entries. My numbers will most likely be very different from anyone else's. I suggest you do a few weeks with minimal size to get a feel of your personal weekly costs.

hello, here are some observations to traders who wish to embark on a millipede. Although Graeme did mention that the first two months will be the most difficult, I now understand I had not really allowed the information to sink in. You need to ...

Hello fillup, at the very top of this page you will find a little paperclip+number (1014 right now) that will lead you to the thread's attachments. you need to download the "graeme posts only" zip file that contains 2 pdfs with PIPeasy's posts + ...

yonseo, thanks for your reply. after reading your post, a few things are evident to me. 1. your entire post is one big confirmation of my initial feeling that you like merry-go-round / chicken-or-egg affairs 2. if you didn't understand a single ...

dear yonseo, while you seem like a very cool and likeable guy, I get the feeling you have a tendency to promote round-in-circles/chicken-or-egg type conversations, which I personally dislike. I will -partly- reply to your post but will not be ...

I think this move-to-BE discussion is too much of a generalisation. Type of entry is hugely important on BE decisions. Inside bars are breakouts and carry a much higher risk of whipsaw/revisit of entry price, which is why Peter Crowns leaves the ...

"when" is definitely part of the method. At least for me it is. :-) thinking about it, "when" IS the method. Plus, correction, Eckhardt does 14.8% a year, not 25%.

TRD presented a system along with a backtest. The backtest does not follow the system's rules, it contains discretionary decisions. Since the rules are not followed to the letter, we can't judge the integrity of the backtest. Could be an inspired ...

TRD, thanks once again for sharing. I am trying to understand how you manage your trades, I'm having a bit of a tough time. Here is a screenshot of your first 7 trades and diversification. Numbers refer to rows on xls. image I can understand 3 and ...

Hello 60minuteman, thank you once again for a beautiful thread. in hopes to add to someones arsenal, here's a rule I have regarding moving to BE. After a trade goes my way I will allow price to "seperate" from the entry area (no wicks printed ...

thank you for your reply frosty85. I am very familiar with the 2 pdfs you are talking about. I am also familiar with pipeasy's further posts (beyond the pdfs). Some good points there also. The pictures are not massively important, I am just ...

hello all, thank you for sharing the 2 pdfs previously with pipEasy's posts. I have noticed that there are more posts by pipEasy, beyond the ones accumulated in the pdfs. images are sadly gone as they were apparently hosted by imageshack. If anyone ...

hello all, thank you for the system garfield, it looks very nice. @luvene: unbelievable as it may sound, mt4 is displaying macd wrong. well, not wrong, but not in the traditional way, as everyone else does. the computation is not wrong. mt4 shows ...
