dbFX is not FXCM, I could assure you. Just take a look at the spreads, much tighter than FXCM's. And about the servers, I believe they're in Boston. And yes, there could be some latency because of the bridge.

I can confirm, it disconnects all the time. That's the other reason it ain't ggod for scalping. Sometimes it takes minutes to reconnect which could become a disaster if you're in with 10 full lots.

DBFX and FXCM are sharing the same software but DBFX's price feed is 100% different, spreads are tighter and steady compared to FXCM. I found that some names form the DBFX customer support are the same as FXCM's support or at least DBFX employees ...

I traded via FXCM UK MT4, not a bad broker for long term strategies. Large spreads(not good for scalping EG & EC), execution problems due to Boston Technologies bridge. Great support. Withdrawal is fantastic, no additional charges.
