The ABC correction on both euro and the SP 500 is over. Looking for new highs. Long from 1,424 and 1,4265. Target 1,53

Because this move down should be a huge one since we will resume the major downtrend, so I think the stocks and euro will fall together. And I don't think the correction on stocks will start today, Here in my timezone in Warsaw 1,3275 was last week ...

I think we will break down, but next week. Stocks should continue going up for few next days before correction. We could even go to upper 1,33 and then fall. Today I rather expect a visit of 1,33 -1,332 and a week close around 1,3275

And another close above 61,8 fib, next hour should decide, at least for w while.

And at the same hour yesterday we bounced from 1,3284

All fibs of last 1,26-1,42 broken, however the 61,8 only on a 15 min candle. Trendline broken, the 1,3333 top and the 1000 pip move at 1,3284 broken but not on daily. All stoplosses taken and everybody short. Maybe the correction is over. I don't ...

And the fib at1,3235 is being defended now. The SP500 futures rebounding also from 61,8 of last move. If I see an hourly close below the 1,3235 I'll finally believe in a change of trend.

An hourly close over 61,8% at 1,3235. Last chance for bulls, but there's no much hope for bulls any longer.

Still holding my long at 1,3313 but I changed my bias slightly and consider a last spike down to 1,3250-60 to test the trendline.

Buy, buy, buy It's still cheap, only 80 pips from bottom, target at least 1,53
- Elfish replied Nov 25, 2010
Yes, we may break the 1,335 this hour and finish the day at 1,342. If that happens I will add to my longs. I expect the trend to continue during Asia.
- Elfish replied Nov 25, 2010
Maybe we could close on friday slightly above the 38,2 fib at 1,3635. If this is a resume of the uptrend the weekly candle shouldn't look as ugly as it looks now. It is still a good price to buy now

Yes, I was observing the fall from 1,4282 and have a felling that is only a big correction. Of course I can be wrong and will take then a small loss at 1,3275.

Yes, but not from here. I'll wait for a pullback.

So it looks like the last move to 1,33 was the last hunt for stop losses Let's see how this hour closes. I'm still holding my long, that i opened yesterday at 1,3313, target 1,53, stop loss 1,3275
- Elfish replied Nov 25, 2010
I think next hour could be decisive Maybe it's the last occasion to close the shorts now. Of course I maybe wrong

Long at 1,3313 and will add longs every 100 pips on the way up, until we break 1,53. Then I take profit
- Elfish replied Nov 25, 2010
Have you noticed that the move down from 1,4284 is exactly 1000 pips. Yesterdays low is also exactly 2000 pips from 1,5284, the low from 2008, when we had the 1,53 -1,60 consolidation, before the crisis began. Maybe, we have really reached the ...

My scenario for today first 1,399 then 1,418, maybe 1,42 and thats where this week ends.. It's friday today Next week up to 1,435 and on wednesday the real retrace starts. My intuition tells me that SP500 needs to reach new highs for this ...
