What's your 4H candle open/close time? You mentioned you're in EST so I'd assume you take your trades at 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm EST? Not that it really matters as I guess different candle start times would probably yield similar results. I am trying ...

Thanks for all the sound advice! I always find myself struggling between letting winners ride and taking quick sure profits. But you're right it's less stressful to do the latter, and once a trade is closed I can have all the free time too!
