Sorry but at first there are plenty of models doing just that they predict price movement ... whole econometry is just about that. Polynomial fit is just another Mathematical method to determine trends and therefrom next price movement ...

for me ti looks like some mid point on hourly aprox 46.9p up and same down ... havent calculated just looked at chart so take it with huge grain of salt.

I agree, otherwise they would stop printing money like crazy ... I think they aim to deflate their debt in long run. But there is strong demand for USD because it is reserve currency ... and it is accepted globally ...

Sure weak Euro is better for countries in debts ... they pay less on interrest and debservice such as restructurizing debt. As it looks it is needed and desirable even for Germany to keep Euro on downtrend if they cant devaluate they let it inflate ...
