Try coinexx, spreads are really good. I personally am trading with them for a while and I haven’t faced any problem till date. For starters you can try out their demo account, see if it suits your trading style.

my answer to this would be yes, demo account should be everybody's first step into trading so you know how to trade rather than doing a rookie trade and loose all your money.

trading is not hard if you're doing it part time but for a living you need a lot of experience and risk management strategies. you have to be very patient with your trades to be successful.
