Yes, generally speaking, I trade US indices between 10-3. There are exceptions, but those are the hours for the most part.

The time to make money with forex prop firms was 2000-mid 2023........it would be like chasing a losing trade at this point. If you missed the boat, get into the futures props. The forex prop train has left the station......

Employment cost index is the only thing I see. They do list it as a "red" event though here on FF. I generally don't trade until after the open settles a bit, but a sell-off pre-open should give some good opps later.

I have never seen or heard of even one issue with the 5%ers on payouts.
