Somebody ban this clown. Even if a "Real Trader" (not the OP) had zero losses for 5 years he/she would recognize that no system can be right 100% of the time, would be eventually destined to take a loss and would not claim the system was flawless.

I just installed this program. It also says ZoneAlarm firewall reads your screen. My guess is there are valid reasons it might do this to provide functionality but I could be wrong.

This worked for my demo account and for MT tester. But in my live account it is registered as "[complete]". Anyone else have any experience with this.

My broker is FXDD. I didn't have this issue in backtesting. Wondering if anyone else with FXDD has had this problem?

Hmmm. I use the _IsTradeAllowed function as explained here: http://articles.mql4.com/141 I find that the 30 second wait is often exceeded before the trading context is freed. I wonder if this could have something to do with it? I will try and clean ...

I actually found an easy way to do this. If I close MetaTrader and just open the EA in MetaEditor and recompile it, then open MetaTrader, the parameters are not reset.

Thanks guys. My personal preference for back testing is to use fixed lot sizing. Then it is easier to have a balanced view of how it did over time. Nonetheless, the EA results are not terrible so I will look at the EA some. Thanks for sharing!
