Nothing in Spain (or almost anywhere in the EU happens fast). I would expect a serious deterioration in the economy when you consider the unemployment levels and the lack of jobs (and creation of jobs).

Interesting but no surprising. I know of a lawyer that had a multi-million dollar practice and ended up broke and working at McDonalds thanks to a margin call.

That is true. Most wine is imported into Ireland. The reference to wine refers to imported wine being marked up more.

The EU should get rid of Greece. Remember your talking about one of the most corrupt countries in the EU that hasn't had an economy since the fall of the Roman empire (around 476 AD).
