According to R. Balan, wave 4 can also overlap wave 2 in wave A, in wave B of irregular correction and I would say in wave 1 as well.

My current view of EURUSD H4. I agree that significant bearish movement is most probable, though I expect wave 'C' to be somewhere around 1.18505 before that.
