Papandreou lost the support of his party. As well as the rest of the parliament. So, there will be election of a new government or a "national" government with ministers from all parties of parliament. Along with Papandreou goes his referendum too.

There will be no referendum. Papandreou's government is already done. There will be a new government really soon. Even Venizelos (minister of economy) opposed to the referendum. If not tonight, at Friday, this government is done. Amen.
