This comment is BS. It depends on the jurisdiction and whether the SOVEREIGN country signs on to the US Dictatorship. So happens that most countries have signed on, including EU, commonwealth and others. But I know of one that hasn't.

The biggest fear the banks have is that crypto is non-inflationary. Only so many coins distributed. Crypto has/will expose the evil designs of central fractional banking to the masses.
