German exports in November 2017: +8.2% on November 2016

Germany exported goods to the value of 116.5 billion euros and imported goods to the value of 92.8 billion euros in November 2017. Based on provisional data, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that German exports increased by 8.2% and imports by 8.3% in November 2017 on the same month a year earlier. After calendar and seasonal adjustment, exports were up 4.1% and imports 2.3% compared with October 2017. The foreign trade balance showed a surplus of 23.7 billion euros in November 2017.
