The Australian: Your central outlook for growth has the economy continuing fairly weak until the middle of next year and then starting to get stronger from the second half of 2015. You’ve been saying since February that a period of stability is the prudent course for monetary policy at the moment. While lots of things can shift, does your central outlook imply that that period of stability could last until this time next year or until mid-next year?
