Bundesbank: Economic output 'increased slightly' in Q1

Germany's central bank Bundesbank said in its monthly report on Thursday that the economic output in Germany for the first quarter of 2025 "increased slightly." Regarding industrial production, the Bundesbank said it "increased significantly" in the first trimester, quarter on quarter, breaking a two-year decline streak, and added that private consumption boosted economic growth.
