In October 2020, consumer prices were stable year on year
Over a year, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) should be stable in October 2020, for the second month in a row, according to the provisional estimate made at the end of the month. Compared to those of September, the food prices should be more dynamic year on year, whereas those of services should rise less. The prices of energy and those of manufactured goods should fall less than in the previous month. Over one month, consumer prices should decrease by 0.1%, after –0.5% in the previous month.
