How do we determine a flat? As being said this morning; a flat situation (where white and purple close and open more or less on the same level), can only be created by a doji. That's it.

Black forms part of the flattie in the cases below. There is thus no need for black coming from outside:

Note that I draw support and resistance when a TF starts and proceed with making long wicks. You will need at least 6 long wicks to set your border lines

Look at the H1 chart and check the sell at 4335. Now look at M15 and check the sell price of 4335; the setup was good and the price drop to 4324 for 1000p profit.
The buy also started with black coming from outside on M15 and going into buy at 4338; same as for H1.

If you get a signal on larger TF you need to go to shorter TFs to assist you in finding a point of entry, which was said many times before. The signal for up on H1 was a classic one because all colors enter the little red body and depart from a single point (close) in the body and leave almost as a single line.
